The Office of Students’ Welfare at Jai Narain College of Technology (JNCT) focuses on supporting students throughout their college journey. It works closely with student clubs and chapters, encouraging participation in activities that help build skills, friendships, and confidence. These communities create a lively environment where students can explore their interests while balancing academics and personal growth.
The office also organizes cultural and technical events, welcoming students from other colleges to promote healthy competition and collaboration. JNCT supports students by offering scholarships and financial help for competitions, ensuring talent gets the right opportunities. Each student is guided by a faculty mentor who regularly checks in to offer academic and personal support.
With a strict anti-ragging policy and a focus on student well-being, the office ensures a safe and welcoming campus. The goal is simple: to help students grow into capable, compassionate individuals ready to take on the future with confidence.
