About Us
Computer Science Engineering :
Vision:
To cultivate proficient computer professionals capable of addressing the diverse technical challenges across industry, research, and academia, all while maintaining a strong commitment to serving humanity and our nation.
Mission:
M1. To provide exemplary educational facilities that foster the teaching and learning processes for computer science and engineering students, empowering them to build promising careers.
M2. To cultivate an environment conducive to advancing core competencies in computer science and engineering, bolstered by robust research endeavors.
M3. To facilitate conferences, seminars, and hands-on training programs aimed at acquainting students, staff, and faculty with the latest technological developments in computer science and engineering.
M4. To instill self-motivation, a sense of responsibility, and adherence to ethical and moral values among our students.
Program Educational Objectives (PEOs):
PEO-1. Equip graduates with the ability to apply their knowledge of computer science and engineering to analyze, design, and develop software solutions.
PEO-2. Prepare graduates for employment opportunities in diverse sectors, including the software industry, academia, public and private sectors, as well as higher education and entrepreneurship.
PEO-3. Enable graduates to utilize the latest skills, techniques, and engineering tools to effectively address computer science and engineering challenges within industrial, social, and environmental contexts.
PEO-4. Cultivate professionalism, ethical values, effective communication skills (both written and oral), and teamwork abilities while fostering a strong sense of social responsibility.
Program Specific Outcomes (PSOs):
PSO-1. Proficiency in foundational areas such as Data Structures, Database Management Systems, Software Engineering, Computer Networking, and Operating Systems.
PSO-2. The ability to design and develop software projects utilizing principles of computer science and open-source software tools.
PSO-3. Application of theoretical and modern computer science knowledge to problem-solving in domains such as web and mobile application development, database management systems, and network security.
PSO-4. Utilization of acquired learning and knowledge to enhance personal development and contribute positively as responsible citizens.
Eligibility Criteria
- Eligibility-XII with: Physics + Maths + (Chemistry/Computer Science/Biology) with Min. 45% (40% for SC/ST/OBC MP Domicile Candidate) with qualified rank in JEE.
Eligibility(Direct/Lateral Entry)-2nd Year.
Direct Admission:
1. Min. 45% (40% for SC/ST/OBC) in B.Sc. and passed 12th examination with Maths.
2. Min. 45% (40% for SC/ST/OBC) in Diploma in Engineering(LATERAL ENTRY). - Seats – 180
- Duration – 4 Years
