Engineer’s Day is celebrated on 15th September every year as the birthday of Sir Mokshagundam Visvesvaraya. He was the first engineer of our country who contributed to the designing of various bridges and many more projects. On this occasion of 56th Engineer’s day which was celebrated in JNCT campus on 15th September,2023 Chief guest Prof. Mohit Pandya and IIC president Prof. Pankaj Pandey were present. Students watched the documentary of Sir Visvesvaraya. They come to know about the simple life he lived, struggle and achievements of Visvevsaraya sir. A short workshop on Arduino was organized in which students learned about this technology and various working models based on arduino were demonstrated in the exhibition held in the auditorium of JNCT. Students of various branches participated in the exhibition and accepted the future challenges for preparing the working models by applying this technology. In the celebration of 56th Engineer day, the event coordinators were Prof. Vikas Sharma & Prof. Amit Sawaskade. Er. Nikhil Rusiya, Er. Manas Deep Jha, Er. Abdul Saboor and Er. Priyanshu Kumar Ray were student coordinators who supported and make this event successful. Prof Abhishek Singh Chauhan expessed vote of thanks.
